Malaga Airport by Road (42 miles)On leaving the airport follow signs to the A7 then Almeria A7 .... the A7 sign will disappear for a while but continue to follow signs for Almeria ..... after 30-40 mins take exit 277 / A7206 to Algarrobo, once through Algarrobo follow the signs up the mountain to Competa (20 mins), on entering the village drive up the hill past the Information / Tourist office, past the Public car-park on the left & turn right at "Calle Rampo" Plaza Almijara & the Residence are 50 meters ahead, call us when you are there.
Malaga Airport by Bus (42 miles)
On leaving the arrivals hall, walk straight ahead for 20 metres to Airport Express bus / bus stop A to Malaga bus station / Estac Autobuses (Takes 20 mins / cost 3€ p/p) Air con buses to Competa depart from here at 11.30 / 13.15 / 18.30 - times may vary, the cost is 4€ p/p, takes 1 hour 45 mins.
On arrival in Competa, proceed up the hill past the Tourist Office, turn right at Calle Rampa, you will see Almijara Residence when reaching the plaza..or call a local cab to come down & collect you.
